Results HQ Sessions*

Synergy Fitness offers seven Small Group personal training sessions weekly called Results HQ. Class sizes are between 4-12 people and are 30-minutes. An experienced personal trainer will lead the session.

HIIT Sessions

Circuit style, High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) sessions with a combination of weights and cardio training. Suitable for those getting back into fitness and those who also want to push their fitness to the next level!

RHQ Extreme

For those wanting a challenge, get outside your comfort zone. You’ll get strong and fit really quickly!
